Frequently Asked Questions
What is rack and stack deployment?+
Rack and stack is the process of physically mounting servers, networking equipment, and storage into standard 19-inch racks, then cabling, powering, and configuring those devices. Rack n Stack handles everything from staging at our Las Vegas warehouse to final on-site commissioning.
How quickly can you deploy?+
Our Las Vegas staging warehouse allows us to pre-build and test racks before shipping. Field crews can typically be on-site within 48–72 hours anywhere in the continental US.
Do you offer ongoing smart hands support?+
Yes. After the deployment we run smart hands field support: on-site technicians who do the physical work under your remote engineer, including hardware swaps, cable re-runs, and installs.
What OEM equipment do you work with?+
Cisco Systems, HPE Juniper Networking, Arista Networks, Aruba Networks, Ruckus Wireless, Fortinet, SonicWall, Extreme Networks, Supermicro and HPE servers, APC power, plus our own RnS optics and RnS racks and accessories. If a line is not on that list, ask us anyway.
How do I get a quote?+
Use the quote form on this page or call 702-362-7659. We respond within 4 business hours with a detailed scope and cost estimate.
